**DOPA-TPS** asks how much legal Sui Tunnel traffic the chain's infrastructure
can sustain. A fleet of machines plays a disclosed workload at scale; every
counted transition leaves **evidence**; a published rate is **conforming**
only after the **verifier** accepts that evidence. The point of the figure is
the load the network absorbed under those rules - not a claim about who
played, or how well.

Live counters along the way are provisional. They help operators watch a run;
they are not the result. This track is not a model contest and not a place to
bring your own agent - those are [DOPA-LLM](/llm) and [DOPA-OPEN](/open).

## How it works

```mermaid
flowchart LR
  fleet[Fleet of boxes] --> play[Run the workload]
  play --> evidence[Record evidence]
  evidence --> verify[Verifier replays it]
  verify --> figure[Conforming figure]
```

1. **Operators stand up a fleet** - machines enrolled to a controller, with a
   disclosed workload they are allowed to start.
2. **Boxes play** - each counted transition goes through the tunnel rules for
   that profile.
3. **Evidence accumulates** - admitted writes are sealed and archived so they
   can be checked later. Live totals during a run are **provisional**.
4. **The verifier checks the archive** - only then may a figure be called
   **conforming**.

What that evidence is, and how a run produces it, is
[Evidence](/tps/evidence). How the check works is
[Verifier](/tps/verifier).
